Everything below was produced by the C2B Team, now operating as Culture and Play LLC. Each piece says what our team did and what it didn't, so you can judge the fit without taking our word for scope.
1 · Concept films
Both of these are concept films: they sell an experience that doesn't exist yet, which is what a concept video for a new venue, fan zone or hospitality programme has to do.
A concept film built to pitch a travelling football museum and visitor experience, currently under evaluation for licensing.
A concept film for a fan activation built around the 2026 World Cup, created to present the idea to brands and rights holders.
1b · The document behind the film
The film sells the idea in two minutes. This is the document underneath it: an 8,000 sq ft visitor experience broken into thirteen themed zones, each with its visitor journey, its interactive format and its sponsorship opportunity. It is the kind of guest experience and programming framework we’d build for a new site or event.
Main Entrance · The Museum · Hall of Fame · Passion & Pride · Controversies · Best Goals · The Finals · Live Stage · Play the Game · Goal-Side Lounge · Media Hub · The Store · Portraits.
Every zone is specified the same way: what the visitor does, what gets built, and where a sponsor or a partner nation can live inside it without breaking the experience.
A fan zone, a hospitality venue or a sponsor activation poses the same design question as a travelling museum: how a visitor moves, where they stop, what they can play, and how a sponsor or a partner shows up as part of the experience rather than as signage on top of it.
We run the same method on every project, with the audience and operational constraints feeding the zone design rather than bolted on afterwards.
2 · Events produced end to end
On both of these we owned the concept, the production and the content. The videos below are ours too: same team, same project.
Competitive racing activation for Círculo Creativo USA, the association of Hispanic creatives in U.S. advertising. Simulators, branded track, live competition and content capture across the night.
U.S. premiere of the Argentine Football Association's official film. Largest single-night production we've delivered: stage, screens, programming, hospitality and crowd flow, with celebrity and influencer coverage extending reach well beyond the room.
3 · Interactive products
Software, hardware and the people to operate it, all in house. The same engines get re-skinned for each brand or event, so a new client starts from something that already works on a show floor.
The brand is the mechanic, not just the skin: the same engine plays as an energy-saving challenge, a collect-more-than-your-rivals game or a product-of-the-day hunt. Kiosk mode, local leaderboards, runs offline.
Built for a business-advisory client: the big screen is an intensive-care monitor and the patient is the visitor’s own company. Scan a QR code, play, and leave with a printed diagnosis, which is where the client’s sales conversation starts.
Try the live monitor →Sim racing rigs with branded tracks, live leaderboards and on-site staffing. The same kit powered the Círculo Creativo Grand Prix shown above.

F1-style simulators with your branding on the car, the track and the screens. Live leaderboard, qualifying runs and a final: the format that turns a stand into a queue people want to be in.
Where it fits: Fan zones, sponsor footprints, hospitality lounges, corporate nights.
Radio-control cars racing a real miniature track, driven through a camera mounted on the car. Physical and digital at once, and it photographs well for social.
Where it fits: Brand stands, family areas, automotive and energy sponsors.
Simulators, RC tracks and a truck sim run as one system, with one crew and one report per stop. On the Volkswagen + Shell tour, dwell time went from the usual two minutes at a stand to twenty.
Where it fits: Multi-station activations where throughput and staffing matter.
LED walls whose animation reacts to the people in front of them, through a camera. Turns a backdrop that people walk past into something they stop and play with.
Where it fits: Entrances, sponsor walls, hospitality and venue concourses.
Projection on the floor that animates and responds to footsteps in real time. No controller, no queue to explain: people step on and it starts.
Where it fits: High-traffic areas, kids and family zones, waiting lines.
Experiences where the visitor learns by making decisions, not by reading a panel. Built for messages that are hard to explain, such as energy, sustainability or how a product works.
Where it fits: Museums, education programmes, energy and sustainability sponsors.
Measures how much a fan is cheering in real time and puts it on screen. A competitive, shareable moment between fans of different teams or nations.
Where it fits: Fan fests, watch parties, sponsor activations around big matches.
4 · Activation concepts
Two live examples of how we put a programme on paper: the experience, the programming, the audience and the outreach component, in one navigable document. Both are embedded below — scroll inside each frame, or open it full screen.
Retail-anchored fan programme for a footwear chain whose customer base is predominantly Latino: five station formats, neighbourhood tournaments and a participation mechanic that runs across locations. Written in English, built around a dwell-time benchmark we hold from a previous retail programme.
A culture-first activation programme presented jointly with two partner studios. We kept it in Spanish because the audience is Spanish-speaking — that is how we work, rather than writing in English and translating afterwards.
5 · Los Angeles
We're based in Culver City, a short drive from Downtown. Site visits, client meetings and last-minute production calls can happen in person and on short notice.
Bilingual programming is our core practice, in English and Spanish, written for the audience rather than translated after the fact.
We're active in several chambers of commerce across Los Angeles County and in the entrepreneur network around California State Senate offices, which gives us faster routes to introductions across the region.
We're certified with the City of Los Angeles (SBE & EBE), LA County (LSBE) and the State of California (SB Micro), which can count toward subcontracting goals on City and County bids through RAMP.
6 · Working with Trivandi
One local partner from the first concept to the last truck out: experiences, the production that carries them, and the goods people take home, built, stocked and crewed in house in Culver City.
In the field: Volkswagen + Shell, Argentina 2025 tour: 6,000 participants in 40 days, with dwell time at the stand going from about two minutes to twenty. Full catalogue at c2b.team and brands.c2b.team.
